As Project Manager in our Product Supply Sourcing Team, you will be responsible for identifying and executing key initiatives and improvement projects with focus on sourcing across our Product Supply organisation. You will personally be responsible for driving projects, and thereby the daily management of a project team of 1-4 members.

The Senior Procurement Planner will be responsible for ordering direct materials with external as well as internal suppliers, working on behalf of and in conjunction with other company entities. Act as primary liaison between our company and suppliers for schedules, SKU conversions and launches, change requests, and exchange of documents etc .

Develop new approaches, processes or methods to solve new business problems, act as an agent of change and continuously reevaluating process to achieve expecting earnings growth.Coordinate and evaluate efficiency and procurement initiatives to ensure optimized margins, and proactively work with other segments to share best practice.
Ensures permanent audit readiness, regulatory inspection support and monitoring, effective complaint management, change control oversight, metric review and review of Annual product Reviews. This also includes providing support to build effective quality systems at the partner and supporting continuous improvement activities.
Pro-actively interacts with sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales performance improvement and collaborates effectively with all other key functions. Work with sales and marketing management to understand needs as they relate to existing products, new products/indications, territory management, compliance training, sales process and sales tools for sales representatives.
