The Training Senior Manager - Nephrology will develop, direct and coordinate Global Commercial Operations training activities for the Amgen Nephrology portfolio. Responsible for the development and execution of product core curriculum, new hire, and follow-up training for the Nephrology sales teams.The Senior Training Manager will work directly with Global Nephrology Marketing, Field Sales Management and Sales Training leadership in US, EU, IC and Japac to design, develop and implement training sessions. Will manage quality of field training programs, as well as conduct needs assessments and on-going field research. Collaborates with marketing and business unit trainers to assess and customize all training for label updates or significant marketing campaign updates. Maximize efficiencies across all business units to improve cost effectiveness. Collaboration with other training resources, sales and marketing customers critical to achieving overall goals.
