Project Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Partner with functions to collect, verify, disseminate, store and sustain knowledge at the secondary level.
  • Coordinate Learning Committee meetings and work with functions/modules to roll out pilot solutions and implement identified learning program
  • Assure capability matrix development for key roles and related training program implementation
  • Coordinate Technical Education programs development & implementation
  • Assure needs analysis (contact point for training needs coming from primary loop) and annual training plan development according to BP process
  • Assure the appropriate training effectiveness process is in place
  • Analyze training & procedures metrics
  • Promote Step change
  • Manage external consultant or providers
  • Assure continuous improvements in terms of innovation and introduction of new training technologies/processes through benchmarking and external environment understanding  



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Degree: Scientific or Humanities-5 years experience in manufacturing environment (not only in pharma industry)
  • Basic Knowledge of  educational process or previous working experience on people capabilities development (external consultant or experience in Human Error Prevention project)Attitude to promote change and innovation
