Elanco’s research and development focuses on products in veterinary healthcare and food animal productivity
To promote Elanco Animal Health products to existing and potential clients and merchandise reseller stores. To service existing potential clients by assessing their needs and providing solutions.

CUSTOMER FOCUS: Be able to demonstrate, understand and anticipate customer needs, establish long-term business relationships and manage critical relationships through utilisation of key influences.

TERRITORY MANAGEMENT: Develop and implement territory action plans.

TEAMWORK, LEADERSHIP AND BUSINESS ACCUMEN: Models desired behaviours and values. Inspires others to achieve high standards, builds trust amongst team members as someone who is straightforward, honest and dependable, surveys customer’s requirements and provides solution-oriented sales proposals based on comprehensive knowledge of products and industry.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in science, agriculture or similar field is essential.
  • Current Australian driving licence.

Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years in the food animal health industry.
  • Working knowledge of Extensive rural sales business and channels of Australia.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.

The position is based in/near Adelaide, South Australia. The serviceable area is throughout South Australia, North-West VIC and Far Western NSW. More than 50% of time will be spent travelling.
