A new temporary opportunity has arisen within Jazz Pharmaceuticals Oxford Limited. Due to sustained growth we are seeking to recruit a front of house Receptionist and Administrator who will be an excellent ambassador for the business and who can provide a strong administrative support service to all business areas.Primary Duties of the Role:Managing the organisation’s reception areaWelcoming visitors and staffOperating switchboard in a professional manner – answer, screen and direct calls to appropriate locationSorting and distributing all incoming postManaging outgoing postManage and record all incoming and outgoing Courier activityOrdering and maintaining stationery and catering suppliesMaintain and manage the Meeting Room SystemGeneral administration support for the various departments within the CompanyProvide support for Ad Hoc projects when requiredCandidate Profile:Preferable candidates will have at least 3 years previous experience in a reception or similar roleProven communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to deal with all levels of staff and external contactsExcellent organisational and prioritising skillsA professional telephone mannerGeneral administration experienceStrong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and typing skillsFlexibility and ability to work on own initiativeExcellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracyThis is a one year fixed term contract.
