Description:
  • Due to sustained growth we are seeking to recruit a front of house Receptionist and Administrator who will be an excellent ambassador for the business and who can provide a strong administrative support service to all business areas.


Primary Duties of the Role:
  • Managing the organisation’s reception area
  • Welcoming visitors and staff
  • Operating switchboard in a professional manner – answer, screen and direct calls to appropriate location
  • Sorting and distributing all incoming post
  • Managing outgoing post
  • Manage and record all incoming and outgoing Courier activity
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and catering supplies
  • Maintain and manage the Meeting Room System
  • General administration support for the various departments within the Company
  • Provide support for Ad Hoc projects when requiredCandidate Profile:


Requirements:
  • Preferable candidates will have at least 3 years previous experience in a reception or similar role
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deal with all levels of staff and external contacts
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
  • A professional telephone manner
  • General administration experience
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and typing skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
