Project Description

With the primary duty being that of Administrative assistant to the senior management staff of our company, the administrative Assistant will primarily be responsible for providing efficient administrative, organizational and logistic support.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Provide efficient administrative, organizational and logistic support to the Senior Management staff of our company.
  • Flight and meeting arrangements and controlling expense documentations
  • Support company staff with Contract/ Agreement Management and Vendor Procurement
  • Liaise with Finance shared services to fulfill account payment
  • Support J staff with Event Logistics, Planning and Management
  • Manage Materials Support, Fulfillment and distribution
  • Ability to multi task successfully in a fast paced environment
  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate in a manner that would support Company values
  • Preparing power point presentations and ensuring all documentation for meetings is prepared
  • Producing accurate agendas, minutes of meetings, documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Ability to confidently work on own initiative
  • Carrying out specific projects and research
  • Assist in proof reading, updating presentations and documents as required
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required on behalf of the company Senior Leadership
