Currently we have a vacancy for a   Technician Molecular Virology   Tasks In this position you will be performing molecular virological diagnostics assays as part of clinical intervention studies on viral infections, and as such you will be working in the Molecular Virology Services department. You will be working with the most advanced techniques in, nucleic acid isolation, PCR and (next generation) sequencing. We expect a proactive work attitude, and a great commitment to complete the projects successfully. You will be working in a core team of technicians that has a lot of interaction with other colleagues within the company.   Personal competences We are looking for a person with attention to detail and focus on quality; flexible, communicative, loyal, reliable, responsible and able to work at biological safety level II (BSL-2).   Education and experience We expect a completed education at MBO/HBO level in microbiology, virology and/or immunology. We further expect your English language skills, both verbally and written, to be excellent.   Salary level This will be determined according to education, experience, and company policy.
