To strengthen our Team WEB Applications in the Corporate Information Technology in Oberkochen and Jena, we are seeking a Technical Architect (f/m) – Customer Interaction Portal Your job explore new technologies and assess the applicability towards the requirements of the Customer Interaction Portal; define and implement Proof of Concepts define the ideal system architecture for the Customer Interaction Portal and help to define the roadmap towards the defined architecture work closely with external agencies and business groups on understanding and formulating the business and technical requirements be responsible for architectural and design decisions and provide guidance and mentoring to software development teams leverage experience in web technologies to deep dive into application code or infrastructure as required to provide optimal solutions to business requirements ensure Solution Quality of the Customer Interaction Portal Landscape by looking at all quality factors for software and architecture coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as Senior Management, Program and Project Management, Infrastructure and Security act as the key trouble-shooter in technical difficult/complex/escalated incidents Our requirements a university degree in IT or information systems 5 years of professional experience very good experience in a Java and/or .NET environment and design patterns, gained as lead developer or architect in a large enterprise project strong understanding of the Intershop 7 Platform and the Microsoft Azure Platform understanding of the development and deployment tool chain understanding of Test Automation Principles and Tools, such as Protractor, Selenium very good English, written and spoken With just under 25,000 employees, ZEISS is one of the global leaders in the optical and optoelectronic industries and has been contributing to technological progress for 170 years.
