Project Description


Job responsibilities include:
  • Assist with the strategy implementation and the business operating plan by monitoring industry activities, vet's prescription habits, survey of the stock, collect the stock data and coordinate with distributor.
  • Maintain the organization focus by clearly identifying, understanding and documenting the stakeholders' goals needs objectives and concerns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the animal husbandry communities, focus on repeat business and/or obtain support from them 
  • Maintain and refresh product and animal health knowledge, keep abreast with the industry trends and customers' needs in the changing economic and business environment
  • In coordination with Regional Operations Manager and Technical Manager, ensure all of district activities and personal development are achieved as planned.
  • Comply with global vet policies, FCPA corporate and local policies.
  • Contribute to the team's marketing efforts and achievement of organization goals by sharing knowledge, expertise and best practices with team members.
  • Attend training and education programmes and participate in key marketing activities.
  • Promotes and enhances professional working relationship with colleagues and with outside service agencies as necessary on matters of   mutual concern.
  • Submits regular Territory progress reports to the Regional Operations Manager
  • Performs other official duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

  • Execute marketing activities such as technical seminars, product presentation, execute weekly call and visits plan
  • Establish and maintain relationship with the key stakeholders including monitoring the distributor(s) of the principal company and implementation of the operating plan
  • Monitor the execution of marketing activities such as technical seminars, product presentation, execute weekly call and visits plan
  • Ensure product awareness of our company products in the customers mind
  • Provide technical in-field support for the customers as necessary


EDUCATION
  • Hold Veterinary or Animal Husbandry degree

EXPERIENCE
  • 1-2 years of experience in related function in animal health industries
