enterprise system partners (esp) are a global consultancy and project Engineering company. we support Manufacturing it solutions for the life science sector, specialising in mes and serialisation.

we are currently Recruiting for a Talent Management specialist to join our team. the ideal candidate will have a blended skillset of global recruitment and hr. this is a full time, permanent position.


  • full life cycle recruitment, work closely with hiring managers to analyse, develop and maintain esp recruitment needs across europe
  • develop a relationship network and pipeline amongst key prospective resources
  • support the on-boarding and off-boarding requirements with the completion of employment contracts, new hire inductions and exit interviews
  • manage recruitment ats and hr systems to a high standard
  • understand and develop client requirements, work with managers to forecast future recruitment needs and to develop job specifications as required
  • manage visa and immigration processes and policies for employees and business. manage Employee relocations as required
  • manage specific recruitment programmes such as graduate & internship programmes
  • work with global Training & development specialist to evolve and manage global l&d initiatives that are requested. understand esp’s business, values and culture, intertwining key elements into Training and programmes
  • analyse trends and metrics in partnership with team colleagues to develop action plans and policies


desired skills & experience:

  • ideal candidate will be degree qualified in a relevant discipline with 7 years’ + experience in a recruitment / hr generalist role
  • strong influencing skills with managers, leaders and potential resources
  • successful candidate must have a passion for recruitment, strong subject matter knowledge, and a creative approach to Sourcing and process improvement
  • experience in technical / life science recruitment with the ability to conduct in depth candidate interviews
  • you will have strong administration, organisational and Communication Skills with experience in dealing with clients and resources in a professional and efficient manner
  • you will be comfortable working to deadlines, be adaptive and highly self-motivated in an ever changing landscape. you will have the Flexibility required to be proactive in a fast paced environment
  • knowledge of the Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology / Medical Device industry is desirable
  • strong understanding of current employment legislation
  • demonstrated understanding of hr practices including organisational design, talent Strategy, Performance Management, compensation structuring, Change Management and relationship building
  • demonstrated ability to Partner within and outside of hr function
  • demonstrated integrity, assertiveness, presence and confidence
