Supply Planner, Planning Americas – Franklinton

This role is perfect for analytical problem-solvers who are looking to explore the many facets of the entire supply chain and want to have immediate impacts on getting customers the right products at the right time.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Supply Plan for assigned products in the Americas markets in relevant industrial segments. Through close coordination and alignment with counterparts in Production and Supply Chain Operations, as well as Global Capacity Planning and Product Portfolio Management, you are responsible for generating the near-term master schedule to ensure product availability and supply based on the agreed-upon Demand Plan from the S&OP cycle. You will also be charged with monitoring the capacity load for the next 12 months on key production or supply chain resources and develop resolution plans to mitigate resource issues. Finally, you will engage in Phase-in/Phase-out planning for exciting new products from a diverse innovation pipeline designed to keep Novozymes positioned ahead of the competition.

Preferred Qualifications :
  • B.S./B.A. in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or an Engineering discipline
  • Relevant experience in an MRP-based environment
  • Understanding of the supply chain and all applicable processes and measurements.
  • Proficient spreadsheeting and analysis skills in MS Excel
  • Strong communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills
  • Familiarity with SAP APO is a plus
  • APICS CPIM certification considered a plus
