Your duties in detail:  
  • You will soon be planning, coordinating and optimizing our complex material flow for the production of personalized vaccines—from receipt of the samples to delivery. 
  • This will include creating, in close coordination with our Contract Manufacturing Organizations unit and other business units, a complete logistics concept encompassing everything from clinical development to commercial implementation. 
  • Naturally, you will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GxP). 
  • You will connect our supply chain management to ERP and MES systems and implement an inventory management system. 
  • Not the least of your responsibilities will be to assemble a team that will be operating in a global environment. 
  • Together with our international partners you will develop new concepts and put them into practice.   



What you have to offer.  
  • A degree in science or economics with an emphasis on supply chain management or logistics, or a comparable qualification 
  • Several years of professional experience in supply chain management, ideally in the life science or pharmaceutical sector 
  • Thorough knowledge of and practical experience with the regulatory requirements pertaining to pharmaceutical production (GxP).  
  • Experience in dealing with various IT applications (such as SAP, ERP, MES) 
  • A process orientation in thought and action along with a hands-on mentality, a high level of motivation, a sense of personal responsibility and a well-developed ability to get things done 
  • Proficiency in the English language combined with strong communication skills
