Student Assistant for LEO Pharma Thrombosis Strategy team

LEO Pharma is currently looking for a motivated student assistant who can actively take part in activities across Global Thrombosis Strategy Team

By joining LEO Pharma Global Thrombosis Strategy team (GTS) as a student assistant you will enter a truly international company headquartered in Denmark with operations globally. This team mandate is to provide all Thrombosis affiliates around the world with the right strategic direction, be responsive to the needed support and deliver on the promotional campaigns. You will be working in a team consisting of fifteen dedicated employees. The members of the team are specialist within their areas.

We are looking for one who has a flair for and interest in navigating through systems and excel, and who is willing to be challenged both professionally and personally. We expect you to be working 10-15 hours per week corresponding to two days. We are flexible when it comes to number of work days per week and if needed you can work from home some of the time.

Your job and responsibilities

You will be part of a highly competent and dedicated team that ensures compliance according to legislation and supports our line of business and the overall LEO Strategy. Your key task is to provide the team with support by arranging all logistics related to travelling and meetings and on-boarding of new employees. Securing compliance documentations are timely delivered and managed. Support internal communication team when updating internal platforms. You will also be involved in ad hoc projects depending on the team’s need.

Your qualifications

We need a student assistant who:

  • is detailed oriented, structured and can work with numbers
  • is not afraid to take on administrative tasks
  • is positive of nature and has a can-do attitude
  • has an intercultural mind-set and experience
  • is fluent in written and spoken Danish and English
  • is very experienced in using the Microsoft Office package – especially with high proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
