| Purpose Of The Job |
Support AB to implement and execute the strategy based on validated insights into the needs and behaviours of professionals and patients. Helps drive the strategic initiatives and validate the tactics and measures.
Leverage the Sonova Market Insight competencies for AB.
Identify AB's needs for insights, develop a strategic insights plan based on AB's business strategy.
Align the projects with Sonova Market Insights activity and methodolgies, leverage the existing resources.
Responsible for the design, implementation and management of international research projects. Some research projects will be designed and implemented internally, others will be outsourced to third parties. Responsible to manage the relationship and final output of these third parties
Ensure effective analysis and communication of insights
Ensure cost-effectiveness and timeliness of research projects
Definition of methodological standards of Sonova Market Insight in cooperation with external and internal partners.
| Qualifications |
Master/Bachelor in economics/psychology/sociology
Willingness to perform, analytically and conceptually thinking, responsible and openminded, and understanding financial aspects of business models.
To be cooperative, reselient, reliable, and trustworthy.
Manage global/cross functional project teams of different business unit.
Develop and implement platforms on corporate level as project leader.
Fluent in English/German.
Proficient in MS Office, SPSS, SAP, Sawtooth software
