Strategic HR Business Partner for Global Product Supply Can you deliver top-of-class HR business partnering at senior level?Human Resources (HR) plays a key role in supporting our business strategy towards 2020 while running a sustainable business. Achieving our 2020 aspirations requires a strong and healthy organisation with capable and engaged leaders and employees supported by best in class HR services. In order to increase the value delivered to LEO by HR, HR will be organised as one global organisation effective 1st July consisting of three regions including functional responsibilities. People Denmark will include Global Product Supply,Global Finance and Support Functions, R&D, Global Strategy & Portfolio Management and Global People & Communication. In addition People Europe and People International & US will service the commercial operations. Through a global HR organisation we ensure that the HR services provided to LEO will be aligned across the business, hereby supporting LEO as one global company, while adapting to local needs. To partner with and support the Global Product Supply (GPS) Leadership Team in delivering on the GPS Strategy goals we are looking for Strategic HR Business Partner. As Strategic HR Business Partner you are an important member of the GPS Leadership Team, where you are expected to challenge on leadership, work with the GPS Leadership Team in its development towards High Performing Team, organisational themes and strategy. You will become key driver of business critical HR processes and deliverables across the GPS organisation.   You possess an excellent cross functional and collaborative style and business acumen enabling you to be the trusted partner to Jim McPherson, SVP of GPS and the GPS leadership team. In this capacity, you are expected to work closely with Jim and his team in driving and developing the GPS team and organisation, deploying strategies to response to LEO strategies. In addition you will develop tools and processes and lead organisational change programmes and enable implementation of HR initiatives. In overview your primary tasks will be to:Analyse and define organisational capabilities and translate this into future capabilities to support business development and LEO strategies for production and supplyDevelop and deploy people strategies and objectives and execute global concepts, processes and solutionsEnsure availability and development of necessary leadership, functional and behavioural competenciesGive expert advice to Jim and the GPS Leadership Team in the development towards a High Performing TeamPartner with Line Managers to ensure the organisational capacity matches the business needs  through supporting organisational reviews, ad hoc people assessment, talent identification and supporting leaders in becoming great people managers.Provide support to Line Managers on HR processes and deliverables, e.g. recruitment, redundancies, salary and incentive processes, training etc.Build a strong network with local teamsEnsure internal benchmarking and best practice sharingEstablish and lead the local GPS HR teams in Denmark, France and Ireland Experienced HR Professional with solid change management skillsYou have a master s degree in business administration or similar and minimum 10 years HR leadership experience from working in a complex organisational and international setting. As such, your HR toolbox is loaded, and you know how and when to use the right tools to complete the task at hand. Ideally you have experience from global operations and your strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills enable you to navigate effectively with a clear direction across multiple countries, sites and agendas. To succeed in this, you will naturally also need all of your communication skills including your ability to translate/form a message so it makes perfectly sense to the specific group of people you are addressing. You work with an analytical and systematic and proactive can-do approach to your tasks. In combination with your strategic understanding and conceptual skills you are capable of turning complicated challenges into smart and practical solutions. Your communication and stakeholder management skills enable you to build strong relation to a great number of stakeholders in a complex and diversified organisation  and you have the courage it takes to address difficult issues and stand your ground on the right advisory. As change agent you will naturally also need your high level of energy. People Denmark+In addition to your role as a member of the GPS Leadership Team, you will also be part of the People Denmark Leadership Team with the strategic partners from R&D, GFBS, GSPM and GPC. You will report to the Head of People Denmark and be based at LEO Pharma s headquarter in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen.
