Project Description

  • Shape affiliate Multichannel strategy and coordinate multichannel projects on the affiliate level
  • Act as a leading business partner to Brand Leads and Medical and support brand planning process from the multichannel strategy perspective
  • Engage and interact with stakeholders in HQ  (close cooperation, participation in intl projects)
  • Provide support in SEO (search engine optimization) analysis for websites
  • Plan, manage and implement the national e-campaign calendar working closely with internal teams and external agencies
  • Deliver input and guidance to Marketing and Medical
  • Liaise with Internal Departments to Gather Web Content
  • Manage relations with 3rd party digital agencies
  • Develop a system of storing and archiving web content & news to be used by marketing team
  • Work closely with other team members to align digital and content strategy across platforms
  • and ad channels
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
  • Analyze of digital metrics using Google Analytics
  • Deliver reporting & post implementation reviews to ensure continuous improvement of digital marketing campaigns and programs
  • Ensure knowledge transfer to all stakeholders on the affiliate level

  • 3  5 years of relevant experience with Digital Media and in Digital Marketing
  • Pharma experience would be an additional asset
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and content management (also social media platforms)
  • Experience in implementing and administrating of digital channels (webinars, webcasts, websites, e-mail-marketing)
  • Experience in monitoring/tracking of digital activities
  • Strong knowledge of SEO  & Analytics (e.g. Google Analystics)

  • Strong project management skills (leading cross-functional project teams)
  • Ability to manage both local and national e-campaigns
  • An analytical thinker with the ability to make robust decisions to demonstrate clear business ROI for all activities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well independently and in a team
  • Potential for further growth within local or regional structures
  • A confident communicator, both oral and written
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in Polish & English (oral & written)
