Duties and Responsibilities
  • Leads development and execution of multi-year global medical strategy for Innocoll brands, aligned with overall brand strategy
  • Identifies and establishes relationships and strategic partnerships with external experts and other groups
  • Serves as subject matter expert within Innocoll and is able to engage in scientific presentations and dialog about relevant therapeutic areas and Innocoll products
  • Collaborate within Innocoll to support commercial activities (e.g. speaker training, etc) and scientific communication activities
  • Lead Field-based Medical Science Liasion team. Experience working with vendors to support field-activities
  • Development and management of budgets
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Education/Experience/Key Competencies
  • Advanced Medical Degree- MD/DO, PharmD
  • 8+ years in biopharmaceutical medicine
  • Experience in medical affairs required
  • Experience in leading field based teams required
  • Demonstrated business acumen
  • Understands clinical development
  • Ability to think strategically from a medical perspective
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Results orientation and accountaibility
  • Willingness to travel
  • Compliance-focused
