  • We are seeking a Senior IT Analyst for our Corporate Functions Group (IT) site.
  • The successful applicant will work as part of the global IT Support Team reporting to the IT Site Director.
  • You will work providing 2nd and 3rd level support of the Provantis application across the global company Group.
  • The Provantis General Toxicology product is a flexible solution that supports the toxicologist in the management, performance, review and reporting of all study types. It fulfils the needs of product safety studies in pharmaceuticals, agro-chemicals and contract research and satisfies all protocols approved by regulatory authorities worldwide.



The following are minimum requirements related to the Senior IT Analyst position.
  • Support of the core Provantis modules, including Clinical Pathology, Inlife, Pathology, Dispense and Tables and Statistics
  • Assist with the analysis, design, development, implementation, validation and complete documentation of the Provantis System.
  • Assist in providing computer training as required to end users across multiple departments.
  • Assist in working with users, other IT personnel and, where necessary, suppliers of computer systems to identify/isolate software problems and faults.
  • Assist in investigations and appraisals of computer hardware, software and associated products for company use.
  • Ensure work is compliant with applicable guidelines and regulations (e.g., SOP, GLP, GMP, etc.)



The successful candidate will have:-
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BSC) or equivalent in computer science or related scientific discipline.
  • Experience in an IT environment would be desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
