Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Leading/Senior Inventory & Equipment Coordinator for our Inhalation Science department.
Inhalation dosing and characterization of the aerosols used is a complex task requiring large amounts of specialized and sensitive equipment. 
We are looking for an individual to:
  • Manage the logistics, maintenance (working with external contractors), distribution and calibration of a wide variety of equipment and instruments.
  • Bring new solutions and systems in place to support the current workload demands and future proof the department in this respect, for increased capacity. 
  • Work with the technical team and scientists to identify new equipment or solutions.



Requirements:
The following are minimum requirements related to this position:
  • Candidates should have a minimum of standard grades in Maths, English and a Science, though higher education and a degree is desirable.
  • Working in a regulated environment (GLP/GMP).
  • Experience in developing systems to manage and organise logistics as well as maintenance and calibration of activities/documentation.
  • Track record/experience of independent problem solving and proactivity.
