Job DescriptionThe VMO Sr. Analyst is responsible for the development of all operational activities and artifacts to support the BIIB Vendor Management Office. This position will Providing Contract management support for Services SOWs including Privacy, acceptance and penalties. This position requires effective communication skills to serve as a liaison between internal cross-functional areas, the VMO and technology vendors. The VMO Analyst will ensure vendors deliver on contractual obligations and serve as an escalation point for vendor payment and contractual issues.

1. Review SOW and other contracts to ensure correctly structured and terms and conditions meet Biogen standards

2. Support VMO leadership in defining framework to ensure service providers, including MSPs, are being held accountable to SLA terms and performance standards

3. Collect and aggregate vendor surveys for Quarterly business reviews with key strategic vendors

4. Address performance and other issues for key labor/service providers

5. Serve as first point of contact for vendor escalations, including researching and defining vendor and Biogen’s obligations under the existing agreements
