Specialist, GTO-GIO Storage Services Technical Lead-SER001239DescriptionThe Storage Services  Technical Lead is required to support the fulllifecycle ITIL based, operational oversight of Managed Services I/TInfrastructure. He/she will be required to lead discussions with the ManagedServices provider to ensure contractual compliance and to ensure work is beingcompleted with quality and in a timely manner to meet business I/Trequirements.- Lead small project teamfocused on small operational engineering and operation related work.- Directly support ManagedServices oversight for Storage & File Services.- Participate in discussionswith stakeholders over Storage & File Services incidents and issueresolution processes- Escalate issues and concerns to upper managementfor review and action- Participate in various cadence meetings to driveOperational Excellence- Monitor& Drive Metrics- Provideearly detection of issues and trends- Enablequick resolution of issues that do not meet level of performance contracted- Ensurecontinual improvement- Hold Managed Services Vendor accountable to their rolesand responsibilities required to support contracted service delivery to theCustomer- Reviewof metrics with upper management verifying the Managed Services provider isperforming up to the contract- Monitor& Drive SLA Performance- Monitorand Communicate with the Managed Services provider on their compliance withSLA/KPI s ensuring effective utilization of the Managed Services Provider- DriveManaged Service provider to achieve operational excellence via SLA compliance- Discussoutstanding work, progress to date, estimated completion times- Spotpotential problems and assign actions to appropriate parties- Drivingthrough change as needed to deliver continual service improvement to decreaseturnaround time, improve efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, anddecrease errors and incidents- EnsureCustomer satisfaction and timely delivery of servicesQualificationsEducation MinimumRequirement:- MSc Degree orBSc Degree or equivalent with relevant experience in Computer Science,Computer Science Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience.Related Experience:- 3+ years relevant experience in Managed Servicesoversight of Core Infrastructure- Strong ITIL and process discipline to ensurecompliance within the managed services framework and the ability to identifyand implement process improvements.- Prior experience leading Global teams as part ofService Delivery of Infrastructure- High level of businessacumen.- Ability to solve complexproblems in operational environment- Ability to transition and implement business processes- Individual mustdemonstrate a high level of business acumen; ability to get alongwell with diverse personalities flexible* - Strong analyticaland reasoning abilities. Mindset that enables solving complexproblems in a fast-paced environment while delivering on servicepromises. Able to develop and adapt business processes afterevaluating multiple solutions- Able to maintainboth a short and long term vision around business trends and strategies- Able to contributeto the development of current and future service delivery offerings tosupport the overall client relationship needs- Exercises sound,prudent and ethical business judgment at all times- Understandscross-cultural business practices; demonstrates a sensitivity andawareness to other people and culture. Possess ability to build rapportwith a diverse workforce in multicultural settings- Possess strongnegotiation skills; demonstrated ability to influence and negotiaterequired- Able to managemultiple initiatives at one time.
