The Opportunity: As the company transitions we are looking for Service Center Technician to work at our Itapevi - SP location. The Responsibilities: Schedules and performs repair and refreshments of equipments in the Refreshment Center. Is responsible to maintain equipments and systems to attain designated product performance metrics. Identifies root cause(s) utilizing comprehensive diagnostic processes and takes appropriate corrective action adhering to defined Complaint Handling Process. Acts as local champion for the implementation of and compliance to the Quality Management Systems under supervision of both local Ortho Care operations management and Ortho Care Quality and Compliance LAR Manager. Maintains all records in accordance with regulatory requirements. This includes following the defined Complaint Handling Procedures relative to complaint identification, documentation, resolution, and escalation. Responsible for maintaining and managing all assigned company assets that may include but are not limited to: Tools, parts inventory, company vehicle, computer & accessories.
