 The Opportunity: 
As the company transitions we are looking for Service Center Technician to work at our Itapevi - SP location.      

The Responsibilities: 
  • Schedules and performs repair and refreshments of equipment in the Refreshment Center. Is responsible to maintain equipment and systems to attain designated product performance metrics. 
  • Identifies root cause(s) utilizing comprehensive diagnostic processes and takes appropriate corrective action adhering to defined Complaint Handling Process.

  • Acts as local champion for the implementation of and compliance to the Quality Management Systems under supervision of both local company Care operations management and our Care Quality and Compliance LAR Manager. 
  • Maintains all records in accordance with regulatory requirements.  This includes following the defined Complaint Handling Procedures relative to complaint identification, documentation, resolution, and escalation. 
  • Responsible for maintaining and managing all assigned company assets that may include but are not limited to:  Tools, parts inventory, company vehicle, computer & accessories.  

 The Individual: 
  • Professional degree: Associate degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronic / Mechatronic, or related field 
  • Analysis and interpretation 
  • Build effective relationships 
  • Communication and presentation skills 
  • Teamwork 
  • Simple Problem solving, follow procedures 
  • Results and Performance Driven 
  • Technical and professional knowledge of OpCo systems and solutions 
  • Bilingual English/Portuguese 
  • Travel 5-10%
