This position is responsible for the operational implementation and integration of Lilly’s global transfer pricing system into the Elanco ( Eli Lilly Animal Health Division). The responsibilities of this position include: affiliate profitability analysis, support of tax planning, financial forecasting, process documentation, intercompany non-product billing calculations and implementation, affiliate transfer pricing support, and back-up to Pharma transfer pricing. The position also acts as a transfer pricing liaison with Elanco, supply chain consultants, international affiliate personnel and various business units within Lilly.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field
  • 3 years of tax experience
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position

  • Experience with and desire to learn and understand global transfer pricing laws and business processes
  • Desire to develop and/or enhance SAP skills in order to apply business rules to transactions
  • Intercompany SAP knowledge and IT proficiency
  • Lilly supply chain and transfer pricing knowledge
  • International experience working with foreign affiliates
  • Income tax experience
  • SAP preferred
  • May require teleconferences before/after normal work hours
