Manage capital projects for Global Engineering Solutions in Southeast US. Strong project management, leadership, speaking and writing skills required. Critical thinking and an understanding of lean methodologies are important for success. Assignment will entail managing projects across the Southeast US and, at times, the position will need travel to other Merck sites for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Education:

- Bachelor’s Degree Required; advanced education preferred

Experience Required:

- A minimum of 7 years of project based/manufacturing experience

- Strong Project Management Skills.

- Strong interpersonal and cross - functional team skills.

- Excellent problem solving/trouble shooting skills.

- Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Must hold a Valid Driver's license

- Team Leadership skills
