The IT Business Analyst is the leading role in the realization of value through understanding of applicable business processes, followed by identification, implementation and realization of appropriate and right—sized IT solutions for the local market. IT improvements and innovations to be realized will be a combination of globally and locally driven solutions, but always with a view to create an optimal value for the overall corporation.
The IT Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business challenges in the labs, MMD Operations and facilities with an eye on technology solutions. The person will need to maintain a close relationship with a network of IT leads and site staff. Additionally, the IT Business Analyst will assure full and continuous compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Minimum of a BSc Degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, Math, or a related area of study
- Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience
- Minimum 3 years working in a Manufacturing role as a part of Operations, Lab or Quality, or in an IT role directly supporting these areas
- Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience
- Minimum 5 years working in a Manufacturing role as a part of Operations, Lab or Quality, or in an IT role directly supporting these areas
