Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
Maintain a high-level knowledge of the Unchained Labs product line
Proactively generate new sales leads and opportunities
Develop key accounts within assigned territory
Navigate orders through the customer purchasing process
Keep SFDC system up to date
Provide weekly sales forecasts to Management
Qualify leads from Marketing
Maintain positive customer relations
Conduct pre-sales seminars and technical presentations
At least 5 year of experience and track record of successful sales,Achievement in the field of Instrumentation, automation, qPCR,or other related, molecular biology background preferred.
Strong capability to develop and manage sales channel and distributors as well as mega project hunting capability.
Strong communication and problem solving skill
Result oriented behavior and capable of strategic thinking
Travel up to 40% overnight when required
Fluent Chinese and English speaking
