(Senior)Market Research Manager
  1. Discover actionable customer insights:
    1. Own quarterly business review with brand teams to identify potential issues/opportunities to support brand performance
    2. Provide customer insights to support brand strategy implementation, e.g. message update, program design and etc.
    3. Act as part of brand team to proactively participate routine brand team discussion
    4. Monitor/track brand strategy implementation and provide comments/recommendation based on data analysis
  2. Prepare market research plan and conduct the implementation:
    1. Build market research plan based on IWIK in customer plan
    2. Implement the market research plan through conducting primary market research with quality to answer business questions
    3. Take the ownership to ensure all MR projects are strictly following Lilly compliance requirements
  3. Support customer council and business plan:
    1. Work closely with brand team with integrated customer insights to prepare / modify brand strategy for annual customer council
    2. Provide assumptions for both environment change and competitor understanding to support business plan
  1. BS/ BA
  2. Major in marketing or business a plus
  1. 2+ years’ experience in brand management and/or market research
  2. Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus
  3. Marketing experience a plus

Knowledge and skills:

  1. Strong analytical skills and logic thinking
  2. Strong communication and coordination skills
  3. Demonstrated leadership skills with cross functional teams
  4. Good computer skills, especially in Excel
  5. Excellent learning agility and aspiration for excellence
  6. Be able to communicate in English (Fluent a plus)
