To strengthen our Team in the Strategy Development, we are seeking  a Senior Manager Corporate Strategy (m/f) 

You will   
  • work in a dynamic strategy team of ex-consultants and M&A professionals and support the team with your skills, flexibility and energy 
  • lead independently and push forward projects with high personal dedication on corporate level supporting the long-term growth strategy of our company with a focus on our Medical Technologies Segment   
  • analyze company core capabilities, identify market developments and trends, assess technologies (in close cooperation with the Research and Technology department) and define and assess specific growth options 
  • identify investment targets, support the M&A process and the target integration in the company 
  • actively work on the strategic planning process 
  • coach and develop less experienced colleagues at company corporate and within the business groups 
  • Support the leader of Corporate Strategy Development (reports directly to the CEO) in strategic initiatives across the company and take responsibility and contribute to shaping the company in the long-term 
  • build a network within the company that will enable you to become an effective line manager later on   

You have    
  • successfully achieved a degree in science, engineering or business administration, ideally complemented with a doctoral thesis or MBA 
  • at least 5 years professional track record in a comparable environment, preferably with international and leadership experience 
  • several years of relevant professional experience in a leading top management consultancy company 
  • expertise and experience in company strategy (e.g. market and competitor analysis, portfolio, steering and innovation management, financial assessment, post-merger integration) 
  • preferably first experience in the medical technology and/or healthcare environment as well as digital an affinity to digital topics 
  • experience in leading, moderating and integrating groups 
  • worked with MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
  • fluent in English, both written and spoken 
  • outstanding analytic competence, strategic thinking and implementation drive
