  • We are a company that is growing organically and inorganically and we have a new position for a Senior Management Accountant based out of our Global HQ.



Job Description
The purpose of the Senior Management Accountant is to support Operations Finance analysis of and reporting on its significant manufacturing footprint worldwide. This is a senior role requiring experience working remotely, understanding cultural differences and ability to build strong working relationships.   



Responsibilities not limited to  
  • Analysis of monthly management accounts for manufacturing entities. 
  • Support reporting, investigation and explanation of financial variances impacting the site margin. 
  • Demonstrate an in-depth and clear understanding of operational & commercial gross margin variances versus budget / forecast. 
  • Constantly seek improvements to systems, procedures & reporting capability so as to ensure our approach is as efficient as possible. 
  • Support sites in analysis and reporting of department spend. 
  • Responsible for Global Capital projects review and investment appraisal 
  • Support Budgetary Process and analysis. 
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of Inventory in manufacturing environment. 
  • Strong communicator with good interpersonal and presentation skills. 
  • Other Ad Hoc analysis  
  


Required Skills 
  • Attention to detail, structured work ethic, excellent analytical skillset (including excel). 
  • Challenging, inquisitive & enthusiastic approach with an ability to take ownership and responsibility. 
  • Self-driven and committed to delivering constant improvement. 
  • Strong communicator with good interpersonal and presentation skills. 
  • Experienced in the use of SAP, or other ERP systems, would be ideal together with advanced Excel capability. 
  • Process improvement / Continuous Improvement project experience (ie Six Sigma) 
  • Qualified and experienced senior management accountant, 3 – 4+ years PQE 
  • Manufacturing background with exposure to inventory management. 
  • Experienced in the use of SAP, or other ERP systems, would be ideal together with advanced Excel capability.
