  • To strengthen our team in the field of Business Excellence, we are seeking as soon as possible a Senior In-house Consultant/Business Process Consultant (f/m) 


  Your job    
  • Advising and implementing Lean Management practices and principles on a global scale   
  • Leading and management of company-wide strategic optimization and harmonization processes in agreement with C-Level management   
  • Planning, leading and execution of large scale improvement projects or continuous improvement workshops   
  • Designing, reconciliation, roll-out and monitoring of best demonstrated practice solutions   
  • Definition and implementation of KPIs for process monitoring   
  • Auditing designed processes in close collaboration with process owners and process experts   
  • Presentation of results to executives   
  • Creation of business cases for improvement projects   
  • Training of process owners, process experts and employees based on the Lean Academy training units   
  • Core areas of subject can include Operations, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Finance/Controlling, Purchasing and IT   

 
  Our requirements    
  • University degree in business administration or (industrial) engineering   
  • 5+ years experience in management consulting, automotive or comparable professional activities 
  • Experience in practicing Lean Management, optimization of business processes and change management in a leading position with employee responsibility   
  • Work experience in a broad range functions and departments of a global acting corporation   
  • Ability to think strategically, develop and successfully execute a strategic plan   
  • Solution and team oriented thinking   
  • Advisory skills, executive presentation techniques, project management experience, education and teaching skills   
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills from line level employees to beard members   
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a benefit   
  • Personal and geographic flexibility, willingness to travel frequently
