  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst for our Corporate site.
  • The Senior Financial Analyst works to support the Finance Director (FD) in providing timely and accurate financial information, analysis and insight to the management of UK Early Discovery (ED), Global Discovery (GD) and to the centralized Corporate Financial departments of our Laboratories Inc (CRL). 
  • The Senior Financial Analyst will oversee the financial analyst and revenue accountant (FP&A team) on a day to day basis including the prioritization of the team activities and problem resolution. 
  • Ensure that a complete and thorough understanding of current P&L performance (both revenue and costs) is compiled monthly including variances to forecast, plan and prior year and co-ordinate the compilation and presentation of P&L forecasts supported by appropriate rationale on a rolling monthly/quarterly basis. 


Requirements:
The following are minimum requirements related to the Senior Financial Analyst position. 
  • Accounting qualification i.e. ACCA, ACA, CIMA.
  • Bachelor s Degree 2:1 or higher, or equivalent international qualifications
  • Experience in the collation/interpretation of financial and other information.
  • Experience in the preparation and presentation of financial reports. 
  • In particular the presentation of financial information to non-financial management.
  • Working with multiple entities and foreign currencies.
