Senior Director, Strategic Medical Planning, Haemophilia We are delighted to announce the Senior Director, Strategic Medical Planning Haemophilia position which is a global HQ position. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Country Medical Leadership to define and ensure the reflection of the local needs into the overall Global medical strategy for HaemophiliaProvides input, builds plans and implements system and structure enhancements to improve overall organizational efficiency and department function Collaborates with the rest of the TA Haemophilia team to develop and implement continuous improvement of frameworks, processes, and tools for accomplishing Medical Strategic plansIdentifies and monitors appropriate performance metrics to support department objectives through active PMP managementCollaborate with relevant partner companies stakeholders to secure global strategic alignment in planning and execution of all medical programsSupports the TA Medical Head in development of the annual budget regarding anticipated projects and administrative costs for the therapeutic areaTo secure the development of HQ Haemophilia Medical plans and delivery of all medical activities, timely and with highest level of rigor and integrityEnsure strategic alignment of HQ plans with Local Medical Plans, medical value input and support local access and launch initiatives via close collaboration with Country medical leadership.Lead the development of the Joint Commercialization Plan (JCP) with our partnering company from a Medical perspective and secure global strategic alignment on joint plans and strategiesAnticipates and identifies future training needs within TA and departmentally and collaborates with the rest of the TA Team to develop and implement training plan / curriculum. Continuous improvement of frameworks, processes, and tools for accomplishing MA Strategic PlansParticipate with input into MA strategic process, development of annual corporate and department objectives for TA Haemophilia QualificationsMD or PhD required in a healthcare or life sciences discipline required10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or relevant clinical experience required, preferably experience in HaemophiliaDemonstrated high degree of strategic thinking and decision makingDemonstrated ability to motivate, lead and develop employees English written and verbalPersonal attributesWell organized and structuredAbility to prioritizeAbility to collaborate with multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication skillsLocationThe position is a HQ position Reporting to VP, TA Head Haemophilia, Medical AffairsFor more informationIf you are interested in applying for this position, please submit your CV and cover letter through the apply button on the left-hand side.
