Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an experienced  Sr. Client Portfolio Manager, Multi-Disciplinary Discovery Services for our Discovery Services site.
  • Serve as Project Manager for assigned projects that include but are not limited to cross-site collaborations, prepare and follow up on proposal and provide centralized responses to sponsor requests. Work with Sales, marketing, scientific, and financial staff to ensure quality customer service and scientific oversight is provided.
  • Strategize with management across business units to grow customer accounts and maximize customer satisfaction.
  •  We are seeking an impact player who is able to work independently, manage multiple projects, highly organized and an eye for detail. 
  •  Acts with a sense of urgency, demonstrates critical thinking, anticipates and addresses capabilities and process gaps, demonstrates accountability, and has a desire to grow are essential qualities. 


Qualifications
The following are minimum requirements related to the Sr. Client Portfolio ManagerMulti-Disciplinary position.
  •   Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent in science or related discipline.  Master’s degree (M.A./M.S.) preferred.
  •   Five or more year’s project management experience with expertise in a relevant field of science/ drug development.
  •  Experience in a contract research and/or pharmaceutical setting preferred.
  •   An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
