Senior Architect for Software & Automation

Your job

  • Design software system architectures for our innovative, high-precision measuring systems; define standards and create platforms for all systems
  • Ensure correct and error-free implementation in the development teams
  • Act as a product owner for agile software development teams
  • Validate and evaluate system requirements and compile cost estimates
  • Perform architecture reviews and define standards and approaches for the architecture processes
  • Be a coach for all architecture topics in software development
  • Work with interdisciplinary and international teams

Our requirements

  • A very good degree in informatics or a similar qualification
  • Spent years working with software architectures, ideally with iSQI® certification (iSAQB® CPSA) or similar
  • First-hand experience in agile software development, ideally in special machine engineering
  • Expert knowledge of UML and Enterprise Architect
  • Fluent business German and English; written and spoken
  • The following attributes: you are a team player, are able to assert yourself and make decisions, and can deal with conflicts by finding solutions and using your high degree of initiative
  • You are exceptionally committed and reliable
