Independently lead a laboratory group, as well as, project teams, and will collaborate with other research scientists at multiple Amgen sites, including teams in other functional areas such as Therapeutic Discovery, Medical Sciences, and Computational Biology.
Perform cutting-edge research that integrates human genetics, immunology and oncology, and will develop novel therapies by using various innovative technologies and approaches.
Publish and present at national/international conferences.
Master’s degree and 4 years of scientific experience
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of scientific experience
PhD or MD, with postdoctoral training and research experience in the fields of immunology, oncology, cancer immunotherapy, molecular biology or human genetics.
Demonstrated track record of independent critical thinking and scientific achievement in the area of immunology or oncology.
