Project Description

Solvay is deploying core Group CRM and building new business solutions on Salesforce in different domains (Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Industrial, Research & Innovation...).
The Salesforce team is composed by 30+ functional and technical experts (internal & external) delivering WW solutions for more 4000 users.

The main responsibilities are the following :
  • Define the strategy and guidelines for the Salesforce technical landscape (CRM and other solutions on Salesforce)
  • Validate the technical architecture on Salesforce and between Salesforce and other applications (SAP, QlikView, Web…)
  • Manage the environments and releases on technical aspects
  • Define development strategy, standards and guidelines
  • Ensure quality of development done by internal or external teams
  • Plan and do the follow-up of the developments and technical tasks
  • Assess new technologies, software to improve and/or automatize some technical processes (code checking, tests, deployment…)


Scientific Engineer background
5 years in SFDC Technical environment and 2 years in SFDC development required
Has worked on large projects scale and application maintenance in a WW environment
Languages :
Proficient in English (French is a plus)
Technical skills :
  • Advanced Salesforce technical expertise (architecture, administration, development on Sales Cloud, Community Cloud,…)
  • Technical expertise on Pardot and Eroku is a plus
  • Agile project management
  • Technical team lead
  • Open to listen, rigorous, autonomous and proactive
  • Good level of communication, able to convince
  • Analytical skills
  • Regular trips within Europe: mainly Paris, Lyon and Brussels.
