Tasks:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the sales representative’s responsibilities include: :
  • Develop and expand a strong customer portfolio through strong and personal relationships with key surgeons, residents, OR and Purchasing staff, and communication on company’s high quality and innovative products.
  • Provide clinical assistance in the Operating room / sterile field.
  • Build company’s reputation for high level of service towards customers or future customers, Act as a reliable and available partner, deliver training on product use and surgical Technics to user groups, follow up on all communications between hospital and our company.
  • Plan, execute and continuously update the Territory Management Plan for new customer targeting and prospection, Demonstrations, Support to new customers, Follow up / service actions, Closing projects / orders, appointments planning.
  • Active participation in relevant internal sales meetings and product training, and in external events such as exhibitions, seminars, congresses, symposium. Initiate all necessary actions to improve his/her and company’s performance by initiating education and training and invest in literature studies.
  • Regular reporting on sales figures



Requirements
  • Experience in a similar position in Trauma or Orthopedics required, including Scrub nurse/Operating room assistance, ability to work in sterile environment
  • Excellent influencing skills and communications skills, ability to build network, trust and long term relationships.
  • Successful experience of developing a market and over achieving target
  • Result driven, positive mindset, driven by challenges
  • Strong organisational skills, dynamic, professional, pragmatic, driven to succeed and go the extra mile.
  • Fluency in English, and Dutch
