The main responsibilities for the role include:
  •  Increase sales and customer satisfaction within assigned territory by executing the sales strategy defined by the Regional Sales Manager.
  •  Work with Regional Sales Manager on  daily basis to ensure superior customer service and product use. 
  •  Strive to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales plan.
In particular:
  •  Developing sales activity and Increase account penetration by building relationships with existing hospitals, labs and customers, and prospection of potential new customers and/or users,
  •  Coordinating product availability, delivery dates, inventory levels to secure and/or renew existing orders by and consignment management.
  •  Act as a real partner by developing strong relationships with physicians, lab staff, lab supervisors, and purchasing personnel, and attending interventions whenever requested by the physician.
  • Develop and maintain high level of technical expertise on company NV Products, market trends and environment. provide feedback to the Benelux Sales/Marketing managers on market receptivity,
  • Attend industry trade shows/events as assigned, get the leads and ensure appropriate follow-up correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate record of sales expenses, customer files and field sales reports required, communicating required information as needed




Requirements
  •  Academic degree / education in sales and/or marketing, or medical
  •  Successful experience as sales representative within the neurovascular or medical device required, minimum 2 years
  •  Ability to learn technical, and complex subjects
  •  Business thinking Strong Relationship Building skills Service and customer minded Pro-active;
  •  High-performance and results orientation;
  •  Meeting commitments Focused and competitive individual, while being a team player.
  •  Excellent influencing skills and communications skills.
  •  Successful experience of developing a market and over achieving target

  •  Strong organizational skills, dynamic, professional, pragmatic, driven to succeed and go the extra mile.
  •  Fluency English and Dutch required
