This role will assume lead on sales meetings, Leadership Team Meetings, liaison activities with SPO, Marketing, TPCM and RAV teams and chairing the Field Input Team.

Doctorate degree & 2 years of sales &/or marketing operations experience
OR Master’s degree & 6 years of sales &/or marketing operations experience
OR Bachelor’s degree or & 8 years of sales &/or marketing operations experience
OR Associate’s degree & 10 years of sales &/or marketing operations experience
OR High school diploma / GED & 12 years of sales &/or marketing operations experience
7 years of marketing/sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
2+ years of field sales and 2 years of management experience, preferably as a District Manager.
Experience developing and implementing strategic sales programs and some account management and performance management.
Successful collaboration with other departments including executive management, marketing, value and access, policy, legal/regulatory, finance, sales administration, medical affairs, corporate accounts, contracts, product development and research.
