Project Description


Purpose: 
  • The purpose of this job is to maintain and develop business in South China for Asia Pacific Coatings business unit. 
  • The  sales manager will lead South China sales team in managing sales channel, exploring new opportunities, penetrating market, developing the business and eventually achieve the sales target for South China market. 
  • He/She will report to National sales manager. 
  • He/She will work in close relationship with the regional business team, R&D, production, Global Key Accounts Managers for the deployment of sales strategy in China. 
  
Responsibilities:   
The  sales manager will manage the sales and profitability of existing business, develop new business opportunities as well as establish strong channel and direct customer relationship at all level in South China market 


Qualifications 
  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in sales & marketing at Polymer, binder or additive for industry coating and adhesive are preferred.
  • Key Account Management (Solid knowledge of building multi-level customer relationship)
  • Very strong independent working ability ,initiative ,strategy thinking and self-motivated 
  • Good IT skill (windows, Microsoft office etc.)
  • Good English skill.
