Description

- To lead sales force effectiveness function to drive sales force productivity for MSD Hong Kong. SFE Manager provides regular sales analysis reports and monitor key performance measures to provide insights for continuous sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Aligns and translates the AP/EM SFE initiatives into plans and actions for the business unit with clarity on expected outcomes, schedules, key milestones and approaches to address the change and communication.

Lead and manage sales force effectiveness processes (e.g. Segmentation & Targeting, sales target setting, call quality assessment). Track progress of implementation. Support Business Units to ensure affiliate understanding and implementation of SFE measures.

Conduct thorough SFE diagnosis activities by focusing on sales force execution (e.g. SM Effectiveness, PSR Effectiveness, Productivity). Identify areas for improvement and ensure sharing of SFE best practices.

Provide monthly/quarterly and annually local/regional analysis of SFE implementation and performance.

*
Lead sales incentive planning/design/implementation and ensuring models are aligned with AP/EM guidance and market competitive and drive target selling behavior.

Lead projects in building and strengthen SFE capabilities of MSD Hong Kong.

Qualifications

*
Degree holder of Marketing, Business, Finance, Statistics or related disciplines, or equivalent Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in managing customer & sales data, preferably in health care and medical science but not a must;

Ability to communicate at all levels

*
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

*
Excellent analytical ability and excel proficient

*
Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal

*
Ability to influence and form strong partnerships with cross-functional partners and transfer these understandings

*
Appropriate tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or Information Technology or equivalent
