 We are looking to fill a position immediately at our Head Office  Sales Excellence Manager Pharmacy Solutions (m/f) 


 Principal Tasks and Responsibilities: 
  • Initiate and lead projects in various B2B markets to further develop and strengthen our competitive advantage. Act as facilitator between global and local Sales teams
  • Detect and assess Sales Management opportunities, share best practices and suggest recommendations of action regarding Sales Excellence initiatives like:
  • Optimize Sales Force Automation and CRM (create a systematic and sustainable Funnel Management approach in a highly competitive B2B market)
  • Enable best-in-class Sales Force Steering through proper scoping and strategic fit of appropriate KPI´s (customer value, -profitability and intelligent customer segmentation
  • Develop a future-oriented Sales Force Effectiveness approach in alignment with the current digital transformation (roles, responsibilities, training and resource planning
  • Reinforce Sales Performance Management (incentive schemes, processes and software solutions)
      


 Profile required: 
  • Proven experience in strategic, consultancy roles or operational sales functions
  • Experience in the use and management of sales tactics & tools, processes and change management
  • Outstanding analytical skills, business sense and result-driven mentality
  • European pharmaceutical industry knowledge, best possible pharmaceutical wholesale background
  • Experience in facilitating cross-functional as well as cross-cultural teams
  • Bachelor´s or Master´s degree with focus on Sales Management, Business Administration or similar
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
