Project Description

The person will support the sales department in all the sales and marketing activities related to the Region and he/she will be the back-up of the Senior Sales coordinator with the clients and or distributors, collaborating also with the internal teams.  

Skills - Experience and Requirements:  
  • Age between 25- 35 
  • Graduate in Marketing or Economics or Pharmacy  
  •  2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing  
  •  Previous experience in Pharma/OTC industry  
  •  Fluent in English (French is a plus) 

Preferred Skills:
  •  Proficiency in Office (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel)  
  •  Excellent communication skills  
  •  Strong attention to detail and numbers  
  •  Teamwork and collaboration abilities  
  •  Self-motivated, organized, creative, detail-oriented, resourceful 

Job Responsibilities:
  •  Constantly monitor the performance of all the distributors by collecting and analyzing the critical sales parameters  
  •  Support the Senior Sales Coordinator in preparing budget, sales forecasts and yearly marketing plans for existing and/or new distributors 
  •  Support the Senior Sales Coordinator and the Marketing Manager for the organization of events (launches, fairs, trainings) within and for the Region   
  •  Adapt global marketing and communication materials to the regional and country needs  
  •  Set ad hoc marketing and promotional material for the Region  
  • Collaborate and liaise with Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Legal to support the daily business
