Responsibilities & tasks:
In the position as Sales Consultant you will play a major role in the Johnson & Johnson Medical organization. You will report to the Sales Manager. You bring added value to ensure the financial growth of the business, provide reports, market information & -analysis and ensure the improvement & implementation of internal processes.
In this exciting job, every day will be different! You establish contacts with key opinion leaders, cluster management, surgeons, specialists, nurses, operating management, pharmacists and purchase departments. Professional education is a key element that drives our business. Being present in operating theatre is therefore an essential part of your task.
The business results in your sector are your responsibility and your personal reward in collaboration with a team of great colleagues! You analyze and integrate sector data and formulate an efficient and results-oriented yearly sales plan. Being proactive, you explore and achieve new business for our products according to the strategy of the division. Qualifications
Education, experience & competencies:
- Key words: Business driven, Patient Orientation and Determination;
- The most important is your commercial drive;
- You have at least 3 years sales experience within the medical sector;
- This together with a proven track record will lead you to a successful career within DepuySynthes;
- Moreover you have a master degree in (para)medical, economics, management or equal by experience;
- Fluency in French and English is required.
