Division:  Medical Systems
  • The Medical Systems Division represents our company’s  largest business domain and is the global market and technology leader for medical endoscopes. 
  • Our company aims to continuously find better and more economical solutions to medical issues which improve the well-being of patients, enhance the working environment for doctors and nursing staff and help to develop the overall performance of health care providers.  

  Your Responsibilities:  
  •  In charge for Sales & Marketing of the EMEA Respiratory Endoscopy business                             
  • Developing and executing the respiratory strategy in order to achieve the Corporate Strategic Plan and the annual target                             
  • Leadership and development of the Respiratory product management team                             
  • Interfacing with  the EMEA regional / country organizations                              
  • Relationship management with European Health Care Professionals and Societies                             
  • Planning, monitoring and reporting of the respective business and developing appropriate countermeasures if required                             
  • Responsible for international training, workshops and congresses                             

Your Qualifications:   
  • Master degree in Marketing / Economics                             
  • At least 5 years’  experience in Sales / Product Management in the medical device industry                             
  •  Ideally leadership experience in comparable position                             
  • Fluent in English; other language skills beneficial                             
  • Ability of analytical thinking combined with high communication and organizational skills                             
  • Readiness to travel (approximately 30%)
