Division: Medical Systems The Medical Systems Division represents Olympus  largest business domain and is the global market and technology leader for medical endoscopes. Olympus aims to continuously find better and more economical solutions to medical issues which improve the well-being of patients, enhance the working environment for doctors and nursing staff and help to develop the overall performance of health care providers. Your Responsibilities: In charge for Sales & Marketing of the EMEA Respiratory Endoscopy business Developing and executing the respiratory strategy in order to achieve the Corporate Strategic Plan and the annual target Leadership and development of the Respiratory product management team Interfacing with Olympus Tokyo and the EMEA regional / country organizations Relationship management with European Health Care Professionals and Societies Planning, monitoring and reporting of the respective business and developing appropriate countermeasures if required Responsible for international trainings, workshops and congresses Your Qualifications: Master degree in Marketing / Economics At least 5 years  experience in Sales / Product Management in the medical device industry Ideally leadership experience in comparable position Fluent in English; other language skills beneficial Ability of analytical thinking combined with high communication and organizational skills Readiness to travel (approximately 30%) Your Competencies: The interview will be competence based and the following competencies will be assessed: Strategic leadership Customer responsibility Drive for results Collaboration Contextual awareness Development of self and others
