Sales & BD, Digital Printing, Advanced Printing - China
- Achieve target on sales revenue, profitability and share position at the targeted textile digital printing key accounts.
- Understand market trend and competition dynamics to develop sales strategy and tactics about the responsible key accounts, distributors and OEM partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and partnership with decision makers at all appropriate levels within the accounts.
- Drive effective implementation on new products launch.
- Drive and capture the growth opportunities.
- Maintain full knowledge of company current and potential offerings to the key accounts, and create appropriate opportunities to ensure the account is fully aware of company’s relevant capabilities.
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Good selling skills and solid record on managing key customers.
- Over 5 years solid front line sales experience
- Result oriented, and setting high goals for result, remains self-disciplined and using measurement methods to monitor progress toward goal attainment.
- Self-starter with strong initiative.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Having high level team work spirit, can develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Highly frequent travel in China is required.
- Textile industry experience, especially related to textile digital printing is a plus.
