Reliability & Maintenance Engineer, Supply Operations, Blair, NE
We are looking for a resourceful, self-motivated leader who is ready for an opportunity to take their career to the next level. As our Reliability & Maintenance Engineer, you will provide mechanical engineering support for Production and SCM. Primary areas will include RCM, Root Cause Failure Analysis, developing and maintaining reliability programs, preventative maintenance and PDM programs. You will be in contact with all Novozymes departments as needed, as well as external vendors, customers, consultants, and industry organizations as required. You will also have budgetary responsibility for project expenditures. You will comply with regulatory and Novozymes standards and address gaps, optimize reliability of process flow, equipment, and process control systems and act as a reliability expert within NZNE and actively promote a reliable culture. You will also improve and maintain department Quality System, and ensure department compliance and support of Regulatory, Novozymes QMS, and related company programs.
In this position you need to have:
- Two years experience working at Novozymes or similar process operations manufacturing facility
- BS/MS in Engineering
- Must be familiar with PM (Preventive Maintenance) & PDM (Predictive Maintenance)
- Ability to move about in the processing areas, lift as needed, climb stairs and ladders and enter tanks. Must possess visual acuity & physical ability to support all functions of the job
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, SAP; LIMS; SATT; PIM and other production related software
