Your tasks The Regional Service Director will direct and manage all aspects of the regional field service department, including, but not limited to; workforce selection, performance management, P&L, territory needs and opportunities as well as customer relations. This position manages a team of full time Field Service Technicians and Regional Lead Engineers.We are open to considering candidates in the Atlanta, GA area or Dallas, TX area.  How you will impact Belimed and our clients Accountable for overall performance of the regional field service organization including revenue and EBIT targets and penetration into the install baseResponsible for the achievement of all key and operational measures - in the areas of safety, development, customer satisfaction, operational improvements, revenue generation and profitability.Develop and manage growth and profitability of the field service business Develop financial forecasts and track financial performance to ensure profitability Partner with Sales team to assist in securing capital equipment sales, new service opportunities and to retain current business.
