Description:
  • Our company is looking for a Regional QC manager based in Europe.  
  • The position would report to the Regional Operational Quality Manager for Europe.  
  

The main missions are:  
  • To provide QC expertise and support to the region in which he/she resides  
  • To support the markets and R&I in settings the specifications to ensure that the manufacturing sites can meet the customer needs  
  • To develop/support Site QC lab capabilities (methods and tools) to achieve customer needs  
  • To propose meaningful KPIs in order to improve the region's quality performance and consistency  
  • To develop statistical tools (Gage R&R, equivalency tests, capability), analyze SQC data and propose improvement strategies  
  • To promote QC policies, best practices and monitor performance to support continuous improvements (including safety)  
  • To participate in the improvement of skills and mindset & behaviors of the site QC teams 
 


 Qualifications      
  •  Degree in Chemistry is mandatory 
  •  Phd in Chemistry is preferred 
  •  Experience > 10 years in technical, quality, analytical areas in chemical manufacturing or pharma environment 
  •  Professional practice in project management in an industrial manufacturing environment 
  •  Certified Six Sigma Black or Green Belt desired 
  •  Knowledge of Manufacturing Excellence methods 
  •  Excellent command/highly proficient in spoken and written English 
  •  Strong communication skills, both orally and writing, and the ability to influence at all levels 
  •  Strong leadership and change agent skills, able to overcome obstacles using positive facilitation, teamwork, and influence through building and maintaining relationships 
  •  Expert knowledge of Quality Tools 
  •  Excellent team facilitation skills, build teams in a collaborative work style, experience in team building and motivating others
