The Regional Marketing Manager will report into the Director of the RMM team and be responsible for creating and executing the regional thought leader strategy plan for the TVEC and Vectibix brands. -Develop and execute a regional Opinion Leader advocacy plan. -Identify and develop strong relationships with national, regional, and community level OL influencers within your region. -Collaborate with the marketing brands to create and execute national, regional, and community level commercial initiatives. -Attendance and insight collection from pertinent national, regional, and local level conferences and symposium. -Create a “best in class” promotional speaker bureau by developing new speaker slide decks, identifying and training new speakers, thus increasing the effectiveness and compliance of such programs. -Align with the brand to conduct national, regional, and community advisory boards to inform commercial strategy and tactics.
•Doctorate degree & 2 years of marketing or sales experience OR •Master's degree & 6 years of marketing sales experience OR •Bachelor's Degree & 8 years of marketing or sales experience OR •Associate’s degree & 10 years marketing or sales experience OR •High school diploma / GED & 12 years marketing or sales experience
•Previous or current marketing, sales training, or sales leadership experience •Previous experience in the melanoma or colon cancer marketplaces •Executive presence •Cross functional strategic decision making and communication •Ability to lead without authority •Deep clinical acumen/passion for science Travel up to 50% of the time and may include weekends.
